Should we have developers alias rm / rm -rf to use interactive flag? #42

I'm not sure if it's better to have them understand the severity of destructive actions by allowing them to maybe make that mistake at some point, but I do like the idea of giving them a little bit of a safety net.

This just gives them a confirmation message before removing files. e.g. alias rm -rf="rm -rfi" would create this behavior for rm -rf

〉 rm -rf tmp/
examine files in directory tmp? y
remove tmp/banana.txt? y
remove tmp? y

I'd say no, because rm -rf node_modules happens all the time and would require me to type y 20,000 times to do that for browser-template.

yeah i think we just need to stress how destructive this action is and leave it at that.
