  1. Update tests to match new routes

    caleb-pearce committed Jan 2, 2018
We removed the `:id` segment of the change password and sign out routes,
so the tests need to reflect that.
  2. Check in new schema

    caleb-pearce committed Jan 2, 2018
The schema is formatted a little differently after `nuke_pave`, probably
because the `ActiveRecord` version changed since the last time we
    checked in a fresh schema.
  3. Require password confirmation for sign up

    MicFin committed Jan 2, 2018

  7. Remove additional ID from sign out and change password

    MicFin committed Jan 2, 2018
Change password action and sign out
don't need the ID because they rely on token

  8. Rails console connect to database by default

    MicFin committed Jan 2, 2018
Rails 4 has optimized for performance to not connect to the database
when `bin/rails console` is run until a fetch request is made.
For our purposes, connecting to the database by default is
better for our lessons and beginners who should be using
    the console environment a lot.
