An AWS_REGION key needs to be set to avoid Amazon errors.

I'm unclear on whether or not this is an issue I need to address. @raq929 Do I need to add more explicit instructions pertaining to the AWS_REGION key?

@bengitscode If you don't see this in the AWS documentation as something that needs to be set, then I don't think it needs to be added to the guide.

You could of course test it. 🤖

@gaand I didn't see a need for it as I remembered going through this process, and I went through it again tonight for good measure. Not setting your region strikes me as too obvious a misstep to emphasize. Asking someone if they set their region key feels too much like "Are you sure you're not already running a different rails server?" i.e. something the developers can debug for themselves by now.

The guide currently has them setting the region to Us standard. Did people just not follow that instruction?

I just completely nuked my AWS, making a new account, user, bucket, and bucket policy following with my only input being a literal translation of this guide with my 016/master update and had no issues.

They changed how you download credentials and the name of that file itself. The only way i can find to download that secret key csv is by creating a new one. I imagine this is a change by AWS to encourage frequent key rotation.
